| Bowen, Miclette
& Britt has been serving the business community for over a quarter
of a century by offering our clients the best options available by
designing and implementing insurance programs that transfer and minimize
risk. Year after year, companies are faced with challenges associated
with market volatility, changes in legislation, loss frequency and
operational issues that affect their bottom line.
Bowen,
Miclette & Britt prides itself in staying abreast of these issues
and making sure that we prepare our clients for the effects in order
to mitigate them. The Commercial Brokerage Division plays a key role
in finding the solutions to these challenges in two ways; marketing
and service.
The key role of Bowen, Miclette & Britt's Marketing Department is to
utilize their knowledge of the developments and changes within the
insurance market and seek out the best solution for the client's
coverage needs. The Marketing Department gathers and thoroughly
evaluates the client's coverage requirements while obtaining input from
their respective agent. From that point, the best suited insurance
companies will be determined; and with further discussions and
negotiations, a formal marketplace proposal is produced for the client
to review. Once the client has responded and all parties have agreed to
the terms, conditions and pricing, the client's file is then transferred
over to the Commercial Service Department.
Bowen, Miclette & Britt's Commercial Service Department is
responsible for servicing all of the needs of the client during the
policy year. Each account has a dedicated team including the agent, an
account service manager and a commercial service representative. This
team works in conjunction with the safety, loss control and claims
staff to make sure that the client's needs are met and that the set
goals are achieved.
The Bowen, Miclette & Britt staff with its knowledge and
dedication is one of our greatest assets. This is what makes the
Commercial Brokerage Division so successful in meeting the needs of
our clients. |
